Application Of Integrated FTA And 5x5 Matrix for the Comprehensive Risk Evaluation of a Project-Based Enterprise

Risk management play an important role on preventing failures of any enterprise as it ensures effective planning and control. Not managing such including political, geographical, project, environmental, monetary, human, supply chain risks the enterprises cause irreparable results. Therefore, there is a need for comprehensive risk assessment approach regarding qualitative quantitative factors. This paper tackles this Fishbone Diagram (FD) method integrated 5x5 Matrix Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) methods are used methods.
